Very nice jobs and step by step instructions. I came up with your blog looking for a tutorial for royal icing violets (I learned them many years ago and never had a chance to use them, and now I have to make a bunch for my daughter's birthday cake). Thank you.

i am a beginner cake decorator and i am having the hardest time learning to decorate with icing i am a stay at home mom and i am going to make my son a elmo cake for his second birthday next month he loves elmo so i never have done this and i got a grip of icing tips and just learning how to use them and i need all the step by step i can get
