Very nice jobs and step by step instructions. I came up with your blog looking for a tutorial for royal icing violets (I learned them many years ago and never had a chance to use them, and now I have to make a bunch for my daughter's birthday cake). Thank you.

i am a beginner cake decorator and i am having the hardest time learning to decorate with icing i am a stay at home mom and i am going to make my son a elmo cake for his second birthday next month he loves elmo so i never have done this and i got a grip of icing tips and just learning how to use them and i need all the step by step i can get

Thank you so much for this site with the step by step instructions. I am a beginner when it comes to cake decorating. I've always wanted to decorate cakes but since we are overseas most of the time I've never been anywhere where classes were given. After running across your site. I decided to give it a try and I'm glade I did, I have been having a wonderful making flowers.
